Project Overview
The City of Woodinville is leading a critical infrastructure improvement project to enhance safety and accessibility for all modes of transportation along 124th Avenue NE. This project will construct a new sidewalk and bike lane on the east side of 124th Avenue NE, extending from 171st Place to NE 165th Street. The improvements will create a safer, more connected route for pedestrians, cyclists, and other users traveling between nearby residential neighborhoods and key community destinations - including two schools, a public park, and local transit facilities.
Although the project lies almost entirely within the City of Bothell, it will primarily serve Woodinville residents. Recognizing the direct benefit to its community, the City of Woodinville has chosen to fund and construct the project in support of regional connectivity, student safety, and active transportation.
