Rotary Park Improvements

The City is investing in improvements to Rotary Park to create a safer, more accessible, and more enjoyable space for people of all ages and abilities. Planned upgrades include:

• New playground equipment
• A new climbing structure
• Renovated restroom facilities

These improvements are designed to enhance the park experience for residents and visitors while supporting the community’s recreational needs for years to come.

Playground and Restroom Closures

Beginning July 27, 2026, the Rotary Park playground will be closed while new playground equipment is installed. The playground will remain closed throughout the construction period.

The skatepark will remain open and accessible during the improvement project.

The park restrooms are also closed to accommodate facility remodeling work. Please plan accordingly, as no alternate restroom facilities will be available during this time.

Park Design Selection

Thank you to everyone who participated in the City’s pop-up events at Rotary Park in April and completed the online survey in May. Community feedback played an important role in shaping the future of the park. Based on the input received, the Woodinville City Council selected the community’s highest-ranked playground design option on June 2, 2026. Read the staff report.
